GSP HOUSE
GSP House is a contemporary private residence located in the GSP area of Nicosia. Designed with clean architectural lines and a strong modern character, the house combines natural and contemporary materials to create a refined yet welcoming presence.
The upper volume features warm timber cladding, contrasted by dark metal elements and bold horizontal forms that enhance the minimalist aesthetic of the design. The ground-floor structure, finished in a light stone or travertine-like texture, gives the residence a sense of solidity, elegance and timelessness.
A covered parking area is seamlessly integrated into the overall architectural composition, offering both functionality and visual balance. The surrounding Mediterranean landscape, with olive trees, low planting and carefully arranged greenery, complements the architecture and connects the house to its Cypriot setting.
Overall, GSP House conveys a sense of privacy, calm and understated luxury, blending contemporary design with the natural character of the Nicosia landscape.
